The Owners of MB Experts
Mack Irvin is one of the most highly-trained Mercedes-Benz technicians in the United States. He is a Certified Mercedes-Benz Master Technician and has received the coveted Mercedes-Benz Master Wrench Award. He has worked for the local dealership for 23 years as a technician, Shop Foreman, and Service Director. During this time, he has diagnosed and repaired thousands of vehicles and trained over a hundred technicians. Because of his superior knowledge and diagnostic skills, Mercedes-Benz USA has tried to recruit him to work in their Technical Assistance Center in Jacksonville many times. He declined as his family and roots are in Naples, Florida. Today, technicians from all over the country call him with problems they are unable to diagnose as he is widely recognized foremost as a Mercedes-Benz expert.
Juan Barcelo has worked here at MB Experts for 8 years and had previously worked at the local Mercedes-Benz dealership for 16 years. Juan brings with him the knowledge and skills of a certified Mercedes-Benz technician as well as multiple business ownership experiences. Juan is also a veteran of the United States Army. Juan and his beautiful wife Lizette have lived here in Naples since 1989. They are proud parents of two incredible sons. Nick, who served in the United States Coastguard for 5 years and now owns Carcierge LLC, a mobile auto detailing business. and Eric who is currently serving in the National Guard.
The Office Manager
Teresa Irvin, wife of Mack, came on after the retirement of Ray, former partner. She has worked in several receptionist-secretarial positions in her career. She prides herself in customer service and customer relations. She looks forward to meeting and serving each of you as you come in for your Mercedes-Benz automotive needs.
